List the seven (7) standard operating conditions (SOC) under which an excluded RPA must NOT be operated.

Over populous areas: An excluded RPA must not be operated over populous areas. This includes any area where the failure of the RPA could lead to harm to people or property.

Within 30 meters of people: The RPA must not be operated within 30 meters of people who are not directly associated with the operation of the RPA.

In prohibited or restricted areas: The RPA must not be operated in areas that are prohibited or restricted by the relevant authorities.

Beyond visual line of sight: The RPA must not be operated beyond the visual line of sight of the operator. This means the operator must be able to see the RPA at all times during the flight.

At night: The RPA must not be operated at night unless the operator has the necessary permissions and the RPA is equipped with the necessary lighting.

In controlled airspace: The RPA must not be operated in controlled airspace unless the operator has the necessary permissions from the relevant authorities.

Above 400 feet (120 meters) in controlled airspace: The RPA must not be operated above 400 feet (120 meters) in controlled airspace unless the operator has the necessary permissions from the relevant authorities.
