Throughout the course, my perspective on painting has undergone a significant transformation. Initially, I viewed painting merely as a form of expression, primarily focusing on the final outcome rather than the process itself. However, as we explored various techniques, styles, and the historical context behind different artworks, I began to appreciate the intricacies involved in the creation of a painting. This deeper understanding helped me recognize the importance of interpretation, emotion, and the artist's intent, making me more receptive to various forms of art. Consequently, painting has evolved for me from a simple visual activity to a profound dialogue between the artist and the viewer, rich with meaning and potential for personal connection.
