2. Peer Mentoring Programs: Implementing a peer mentoring program can be a great way to ensure that every student has someone they can rely on. This can be particularly beneficial for new students who may need help navigating the school system or for students who may feel isolated.

3. Encourage Group Work: Group projects and study groups can help students build relationships with their peers. This not only helps them acadically, but also socially as they can form friendships with those they may not have interacted with otherwise.
