Solution

To insert more Roll No. in serial in MS Excel, you can use the Fill Handle tool. Here are the steps:

  1. Enter the first two roll numbers in the first two cells. For example, if you start with roll number 1, enter '1' in the first cell and '2' in the second cell.

  2. Select both cells.

  3. Move your cursor to the bottom-right corner of the selection until it turns into a small black cross.

  4. Click and drag the fill handle down the column to the last cell where you want the roll numbers to end. Excel will automatically fill in the rest of the roll numbers in sequential order.

  5. Release the mouse button, and the selected cells will be filled with roll numbers in serial order.
