It's easy to get in to AAU, but it's not easy once you're here! Be prepared to work hard and long. Instructors are ace with only a few exceptions (stay away from Ochoa and a couple of others you'll see on RateMyProfessors). Great city, great school, great future prospects.....just DO it!

Awful school

Void this school with all cost. The online program had issues.100% accepting rate with 3% graduate rates. Online classes are not setup for people who work or have families. Most of teachers will not answer questions or they haven't work real world. This school had lawsuits against them and Accreditation Concerns.
Overall 1
this school had absolutely nothing. no people no campus no social events. don’t go here if you’re a normal person i promise you can still do something you love without wasting thousands on this horrific excuse for a school
Overall 1
This school is 100% a scam. The teachers are hired straight upon graduating and have no experience in the industry. You will not get a job upon graduating because all recruiters know this school is literally the blind leading the blind.
Overall 1
There were only a few professors that cared and I had one professors who was racist. The school doesn't care about your education and well-being they just care about getting more money out of you. The videos online were out dated and it's rare coming across a professor who cares about their students.
Overall 1.3
A lot of irresponsible professors in this school. Can not believe they can teach graduate students. They should have learned in undergraduate!
Overall 1.3
there're a lot of bad teachers. the university needs to employ ones with the accurate teaching experience.
Overall 1.4
I would not recommend going to this school. It's nothing more than a scam. Advisors rarely help you, the professors are okay but the way the school is run is just complete garbage. Don't waste your time or money going here go to a better college.
Overall 1.5
Expensive, no scholarship, think they know everything. Don't listen to students thought and responses. I would suggest you go somewhere that will work with you and understand your dreams and goals. This is the worst online school, ever.
Overall 1.5
Way too over priced for the quality of education provided.
