This can't be considered a real "liberal arts institution" the classes are very high school. There's nothing to do on campus and nothing to do in the area in general. Most people choose to transfer after the first semester, as did I. Leaving was the best decision of my life. Don't settle on this place. Look at other options. Trust me.

Nothing happens here ever

I only attended AB for a year. I made some good friends while I was there, but it really isn't a good place to attend college. From what I understand from older folks in the area, the school had and continues to be on a steady decline in all areas. I had many problems with the business office as far as being nickled and dimed. Avoid this school.

The will put money towards football before they will put money towards the library. The building WB is splitting in half and there is no money to fix it. This institution is in poor conditions. If you want anything modern I wouldn't suggest here. Thepeople are okay, you have to make your own fun on the weekends. They barely have clubs. Very average

Transferred after one full year. If you want a school thats creditable, do not attend here. The only reason you should pick this school is if you're dying to play college sports or you're a local. This education is not worth the money. These professors try hard, but it will never compare to other colleges education wise. Social life, eh. Dorms, eh.
Overall 1.6
People should know that AB has absolutely nothing to do ON campus, but you'll meet your best friends there. Great people. Crap school.
Overall 1.7
If you are looking for a place where you'll count as an individual and you'll actually learn and better yourself, don't go to AB. At this point, community college is a better option.
Overall 1.8
Had some great professors, and met a lot of great people but the people who really cared about A-B was pushed out, now it's not that great to be at and has taken a turn for the worst.
