I never expected my instructors to work against me for simply being who I am.

I became homeless after graduating from Art Center College of Design. You have been warned.

Art Centers culture is that of one where the teachers find comfort in blaming the students for them not being able to do their jobs. Hence, the people who make it never needed to go to Art Center in the first place.

Overall 1.1
In my experience, instructors where more likely to be antagonistic than helpful. Compare that to the money you are paying.

Enter at your own risk. Its more of a popularity contest rather than an institution of learning.
Overall 1.3
It was the worst experience of my life. It is a $250,000 program. I had a handful of amazing teachers, but the experience was not worth the price of admission. If I were you I'd take that $250k, rent an apartment, and educate yourself. You will be much much better for it.
Overall 1.4
Be prepared to be underwhelmed.
