As with many things in life, you get out of it what you put into it. The same goes for education. The Art Institute of Seattle afforded me the opportunity to pursue a bachelor's degree when many schools in the Seattle area were not accepting me, even though I'm a veteran and have a 3.4 GPA. I was able to achieve success because of dedicated faculty

This was a great school! The admissions counselors are amazing. For any incoming students the faculty was very helpful and they assist you every step of the way. The classroom sizes are always 20 or so making class more personal. I love attending school here because the campus is small and the professor are always willing to help.

The animation and game design students act as rivals rather than future coworkers. They should have kept their traditional 2d animation class, and there should actually be someone with a background in it teaching it.The first year should be about teaching you traditional art, but instead they throw you on a computer your first quarter.

This school was nothing more than money-hungry. Being in the downtown Seattle, they think they can overprice anything and everything, including the food offered in the "cafeteria." The other students that were with me, some who were even veterans with GI bill, were just as broke as I was. This school causes nothing but debt, no career opportunity.
Overall 1.4
The school seems to be in constant disrepair. Heating on the fritz in classrooms as well in the DAW rooms, microphones and field recorders broken and not fixed, professors constantly grumpy, the school not wanting to help others find a suitable part or full-time job is just the worst.
Overall 1.5
Way too expensive. As far as the graphic design teachers most are EXTREMELY out of date with what's actually going on in the workplace.

It's a for profit school. Education is very minimal since they are mainly after your money.

It's bad enough, and it's becoming smaller. They took a whole levle out to save money. Not enough tutor because they claimed they don't have enough money to hire but the tuition is over priced. Actually everything is overpriced. food and books or supplies. There's always not enough classes. I can't graduate on time. our fashion director is hopeless
