For people interested in art schools: AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! They just want your money. Don't believe the hype and those commercials you see on TV. Waste of time and money. Teachers are horrible. One in particular is a complete joke and a chairperson who is so oblivious acting like he can solve your problems when he can't at all.

The AIW is not a good school at all. I had a poor experience, dropped out for health reasons... only to find out that I was fraudulently placed in a second semester so they could take more financial aid money. I'm still fighting with this debt from when they first opened their doors on 2000 to 2001 year. My transcripts were also falsifed.

The school or the reputation of the school will help you get a good job. Thats about it. You get out of it what you put in, which means you are busting your butt constantly. They pretty much accept anyone as they are all about the $$$, and they have no problem finding a reason to fail you. However you are more likely to get a good paying job.
