I loved this university. I go back & visit the school and the town any chance I have. My husband wishes he had gone there and he considers himself an honorary alumni. Some of the best years of my life here. There is an infamous Asbury "bubble" and you should intentionally seek out opportunities outside the school for personal & professional growth
Overall 4.5
Asbury is such an amazing place. My life has literally changed for eternity.
Overall 4.4
people and professor are extremely friendly here, I mean most of them!
Overall 4.3
This is a wonderful school that integrates faith and education.
Overall 4.2
The people make AU a special place, esp. the professors. They genuinely care about the students, & tog. w/small class sizes, that makes education very personal. Since graduation, I've yet to find a place where people so fully live as the hands and feet of Christ in everyday life. It is a very safe place to be. The music dept. is small but stellar!
Overall 4.1
it is a religious school that have many great spiritual activities and great professors.

Love going to school here! Best feeling of community I have ever been a part of. Met my best friends here. Professors treat you like a person, not another number, and will go out of their way to help students

When I first showed up at Asbury I was put down by a professor who told me I was stupid. I switched majors. I wish that I was still a BioChem major, but I knew that I would not be able to continue under that professor. He not only did that but picks one girl out of every class and berates them until they are sick. The food is poison.

Asbury is trash. simply put
Overall 2
Choosing Asbury was a horrible decision. They are extremely strict and full of rules. They fail to acknowledge that you are an adult and old enough to make your own choices and your own mistakes. There's nothing to do in Wilmore so bring a car! The professors are just okay and the emphasis on being part of the community is a too over-the-top.
