Augustana was the best choice I could have made at 18. Yes, it is a small school, but the feeling of community at Augie is second to none. Ive built incredible relationships with my professors and fellow students. Its called the Augie bubble for a reason, and I never felt unsafe while on Augies campus. The WiFi is A LOT better after the update!!!

I transferred from another school and compared to others this is a great small school with great connections, activities, social seen, and well established in academics. Every school will have its down side, but I would recommend looking into Augie 100% to anyone.

This is such an amazing and beautiful campus with amazing professors who care deeply about their students and want to help them succeed. It can be difficult, but the classes are so fun and rewarding!

Augustana's Campus is beautiful, the facilities are nice and there have been a lot of updates in recent years. IMO there are too many clubs, and social things. It is a bit too much like a resort or country club. Classmates always late to class and absent make group project work hard to complete. YOU'RE HERE TO GET AN EDUCATION! Stop partying!

This college goes out of their way to make you feel unwelcome. Very little help from advisors and deans. Zero job placement. Facilities were outdated. Seminary Hall's roof leaks and often caused flooding. Campus smells like dog food. There was a shooting a block from campus my first week there. And countless robberies and night stalkers. STAY AWAY!

The Internet is unbelievably horrible. Imagine being stranded on a ship in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean. You would have a better internet connection there than anywhere on this nightmarishly bad campus. There are mice in the dorms but nobody seems at all concerned. The food is very bad. People write funny things on the sidewalks though. 2/10

If I had known this school would be like this, I wouldn't have come. The professors don't care about you passing or failing as long as someone in the class is doing good. The classes stressed me out so badly that I literally gained sleeping problems and test anxiety. Please consider other programs before coming here.

just in the past month, there has been 4 car break-in and theft on campus. the wifi is so slow it is infuriating and the college does nothing to cater to the dietary needs of its international students

I wouldn't recommend it to anyone unless they live on campus. I am a commuter student and a second year, it is not easy when you do not live on campus. I did not join a sorority so I don't know about that. But, I wish I would have gone to BHC or another college.

There's really nothing good about the school, any school is a better option than Augustana.
