I absolutely loved my time as an undergrad here. I had so many truly incredible opportunities, I learned a ton, and I made lifelong friendships. My advice to anyone here now or thinking about attending: get involved and take advantage of everything Belmont has to offer - there's a ton of cool stuff that sometimes gets overlooked. *read the emails*

Couldn't imagine having gone anywhere else. Loved every minute of my time here and am sad to be leaving!

I feel like Belmont is a really great school. It has a beautiful campus, always things going on, and lots of opportunities from internships and connections to study abroad programs and more. Good location just west of downtown Nashville.

Great school

I have loved being a student at Belmont. They have phenomenal programs, specifically their nationally ranked School of Music, Music Business, and Nursing colleges. They care so much about their students and their well-being. The facilities are amazing, and the location is perfect. Amazing, amazing university and place!

seriously a dream and exactly what I hoped college would be and more!
Overall 4.6
It's a great school with architecture that feels ethereal - the social life is now improving with healthy levels of Greek life coming to campus (Sigma Chi just joined campus, and that helped a lot). The acceptance rate should not be as high in terms of looking prestigious; the profession they have for major-specific classes is tops in their field.

I'm in the hybrid MSOT program and love everything about it. The professors are great, helpful, and very knowledgeable. Perfect choice!

Belmont University in Nadhville is horrible, don't waste your money, go somewhere else!!!

If you want the college experience dont even consider belmont. Its pretty good for music but most of the people here are hard to hang out with. this school does not care about the students and its very clear. they only care about getting new students so the tour is probably the best part of Belmont

nash is more of a tourist city than a college town. dining hall will definitely give you food poisoning on the regular. campus is not super well-lit at night. feels more like high school 2 than college. you have to check in every person who visits your dorm at the desk & only during visitation hours. have had profs who don't believe in evolution.
Overall 2
It is great for going into the music industry and landing a great internship, but it is hard to like the school for just two reasons. Ingesting a bug on the first day, annoying residence assistants, dry campus, and to top it off, extremely poor health services. I normally visit walk in clinics instead, especially for the amount of stomach problems.
