Canada's #1 party school. Very tight-nit community. Awesome student life. Would recommend.

Awesome School
Overall 4.7
Beautiful campus with amazing amenities to match. Super easy to make friends and profs are very approachable and know you by name. Always something fun going on and lots of good times to be had at The Gait. Visit this campus, you will not regret it.
Overall 4.7
The happiness that comes with the school is unmatched, the bishops' University and the town lennoxville are like nowhere else. It might be small but school spirit is massive, this should be a university you visit.
Overall 4.7
I wish I could put words to how amazing of an experience Bishops is. There is simply no justifiable way to measure how great of a University experience it is offered. Ranked #1 in student satisfaction amongst all universities In Canada year after year

Great school!

O Week is a fantastic way to get to know people and make new friends. Everyone I've interacted with has been super welcoming and nice, and eager to show the first years the ropes. While Lennoxville is quite small it brings with it a sense of community and safety. Between the Safe Gaitor app and Safe Haven, I feel very protected and safe here.
Bad reviews
Overall 1.6
Worst university ever, if you actually want to learn and receive a good education I will certainly not come here. People rate Bishops really high because it is actually just a playground for students who only want to party. Situation is so bad in this unversity that they stopped offering many classes because they cant find any teachers to give them
Overall 1.6
Not a bad university at first, especially in my field of study (Intl. Studies). Professors are, in overall, greatly competent. The campus is not a bad one, even though its reputation is sugar-coated and the majority of students are greatly immature. Also, Sherbrooke is the most boring city you can ever find. Think twice before going to Bishop's!
Overall 1.7
Bishop's are investing a lot of money in their image and way less on the quality of their teachers. For sure, when you tell people that you went to Bishop's, they are impress because, as I said, they've got a good image. Although, I would never refer anyone to that school. Most of teachers don't master English language very well.
Overall 1.9
Horrendous location with miserable, overpriced bus services. Sympathetic teachers but an unsatisfactory course selection. Safety wise, it got worst over the years, student services for mental health are hard to get, food is good if you are a junk food amateur and the internet connection is horrendous and inaccessible in certain buildings.

I had the best time in first and second year. Come third year, the partying gets old and you feel like you want to be out of the "bubble" and return to real life. The reputation is a party school and it is great for those who like to party but not so great for those who enjoy the quiet nights. I am in third year and am transferring schools.
