Overall 4.9
Location is my favorite part! Right on the greenbelt, next to the river, and so close to downtown! They are expanding the food options, but when I got here there weren't the best options. They should add a dutch bros somewhere on campus!
Overall 4.8
Great school with friendly professors! The campus is BEAUTIFUL and clean, plus they have great sporting events to watch year round!

Great place
Overall 4.8
Boise State provided an exceptional college experience. The facilities, professors, resources, extra curriculars, athletics, etc. I felt safe and confident on campus and found that there is something for everyone. The accessibility to the community and outdoors is amazing. I was able to connect to potential employers and earn a great job in Boise.

It is a really good school that has opportunities for a variety of topics.

Bad reviews

The Education Department is biased. They don't listen.
Overall 1.8
Boise State is a glorified high school. The class quality and availability is extremely poor. You will be taught mostly by adjuncts and grad students. The advising in COBE is practically nonexistent. BSU is a commuter school but inflates its number by admitting a lot of out of state students. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else but here.
Overall 1.9
Boise State is an ok school with a terrible alumni network for anyone who graduates. With this school, you get what you pay for. Cheap. The degree is worthless outside of the State. Remember, and this was painful lesson for me when I attended for a year, when you think of Boise State, do you think of the academics or the smurf turf?
Overall 2
I picked BSU because I needed to stay instate and wanted to stay close to home, big mistake. The social work program here is so unorganized and ran so poorly. I have felt nothing but stress and anxiety dealing with the program because no one helps us out as students. I will not be going to grad school here, I would recommend anywhere else over BSU.
