As an online-only student, I appreciate the self-paced nature of the courses. The coursework is challenging but fair, and all of my professors were very helpful when I needed to ask them questions. Having attended a brick-and-mortar university in my early 20s, I can say that CalCoast is an excellent choice for a student seeking an online education.

This is a good school overall. The self paced aspect is great. If you can find the time it is possible to get your degree in a much shorter timeframe. The bad, you wont get your degree till tuition paid 100%, and the transferring of credits opportunities to another school are limited but they do exist compared to what others have said.

Please note I am an online student so most of the categories do not apply. CCU offers affordable tuition, but there is a reason. There is no involvement by the professors, not even grading at the undergraduate level. They do not fully outline the course expectations or point value and refuse to admit fault. Save yourself money & time , go elsewhere
