- Students: The total number of students enrolled at the California Culinary Arts Institute is not explicitly stated in the provided sources. However, the International Culinary Center-California has a total enrollment of 92 students (61 full-time and 31 part-time) as of the data available. The Institute of Culinary Education - Pasadena, CA has an enrollment of 66 undergraduate students. Therefore, without specific information on the California School of Culinary Arts, it is difficult to provide an exact number. However, if we consider the closest related data, the total could be around 92 students or less, depending on the specific institution in question. - Administrative Staff: The California School of Culinary Arts has 66 instructors, but the specific number of administrative staff is not provided in the sources. Therefore, I can only give a range based on the total number of staff mentioned in the context of the school's operations, which includes both instructors and administrative staff. However, without specific information, it is difficult to provide an exact number. Given the context, it is reasonable to assume that the administrative staff would be a subset of the total staff, but without further details, I can only provide a rough estimate. **Range: 10-30 administrative staff** (assuming a significant portion of the 66 instructors are not administrative staff)
