Love everything about this school
Overall 5
I have nothing to complain about. This school gave me the greatest years of my life. I loved the friends I made and the professors that taught me. Also, the Wellcat counseling center is phenomenal, they helped me get through the hardest time of my life. Chico helped me grow into the best version of myself!

Great School. I love Chico State!
Overall 4.9
I did undergrad and grad school at Chico State. Amazing campus, great faculty and lots of opportunities for success. I've gone on to other universities after Chico and their classes and education quality are comparable to ivy leagues.
Overall 4.9
This is a great university! I am from San Diego and it was extremely easy to adapt to Chico. Everyone is super friendly and loves to help you out. Professors are super nice and are always there to help you. Chico is so much fun and can be a great fit for anyone.
Overall 4.8
Doesn't have many activities once you live there long enough but as of now the activities at school are very fun and the people are nice.
Overall 4.8
Beautiful, safe campus with caring teachers and staff.

Like any school or job, you will get out what you put in. I commute from 75 miles away and it has been more than worth the experience.
Overall 4.7
I've truly enjoyed my time at Chico State. Taking advantage of clubs and connecting with professors during office hours has made my time here better.

Just another cash grabbing school pretending to care about your future, they just want your money, figure it out on your own or jokes on you.
Overall 1.4
Chico is only fun if you're if a buisness or psych major, and you are in Greek life. If you are coming here to obtain a real degree I can assure you that you will be incredibly put off my the swarms of crackheads, the never ending parties, and the gunshots in the middle of the night. Truly an armpit of a town.
Overall 1.5
It is all about staff never about students
Overall 1.9
Garbage school. There is nothing to do if you're not in greek life, and if you decided to come here for a real degree, and not for fun like the buisness/psych majors(god help you); you'll find that you are nothing but a number to your professors. No one cares if you succeed or fail, and it's impossible to find a job. Avoid chico like the plague.

The biggest regret of my career is attending Chico. The academics are pretty horrendous. If you want a career and not a social experience, go somewhere, anywhere else. The reputation will follow you throughout your career. Chico is known for the parties, not their academics. It's certainly hurt my career. Unless you want to go into sales...
