OMG. I hated Canisius with all my heart. Transferred ASAP. I couldn't tell if it was a private high school or an actual college. Food is so greasy, so disgusting you will most likely gain weight unless you starve yourself. Academics are sub-par. This place was so bad I gave up a huge scholarship to leave,no regrets there. Good luck.
Overall 1.4
Canisius is the worst school I have ever seen. It is in a very dangerous area, there is nothing to do, the food is awful and the people are rude snobs. I did not meet one nice person there other than my RA. There is literally nothing to do. You have to be your own entertainment. The teachers are either awesome or horrible, there is no in between

Snob central!
Overall 1.8
This is the worst college, overpriced with very bad programs. Public Safety and housing are virtually useless, and they are constantly getting rid of programs throughout the campus. If you want a good experience at a college do not attend Canisius, attend anywhere else.
Overall 1.9
this is not a great college in my opinion. It lacks so much diversity. There are little to no scholarships. The environment is so conservative, and administration cares more about costs that it does about it students. If it wasn't for the accreditation, and had I known before what I know now there's no way I would've applied.

Great reputation, school is located in the hood though so be catuious of your surroundings. I commute which sucks because utilizing the campus day in, day out, will be your key success. 1 star rating for stuff i dont participate in, college is about making bread not making friends
Overall 2
This school is for education only. The clubs/activities/social events are geared toward 5th graders (i.e. build a bear workshop and 5th grade field day) The party scene is zero because the school is located in a dangerous neighborhood.
