This campus is amazing. Honestly so beautiful all year round.

Literally I love this school so much and I don't want to leave. All of the professors care so much, there are a lot of opportunities for internships, study abroad, jobs, etc. It's actually in Bexley, not Columbus and it's great because it's a casual little town with everything you need right at your finger tips. I'm so incredibly happy here
Overall 4.5
Capital University is a wonderful place to attend. It truly is a family. If you like the feel of a small school and working one-on-one with your professors, this is the place for you. Capital is also located minutes away from Downtown, which gives you all the benefits of living in the city. Overall this is a school that cares about its students.
Overall 4.5
Capital University is great for those who love the big city but want to be part of a smaller community. Professors go out of their way to connect you with opportunities in the Columbus area and know each student personally. I was going to transfer freshman year but ended up staying and am very glad I did. I definitely feel prepared for the world.

loved it

I've transferred a few times. Capital is the best school I've ever attended. I'm really happy here. The professors, the students, the campus--all of it is unique and just wonderful.
Overall 4.3
Capital University is a cute campus located not too far from a big city. The feel of the campus is very close and feels like a family. My professors I have had are nice and push you but also guide you. The Res Life office is very helpful as well. Overall I love that I chose this school and would recommend it to anyone.
Overall 4.3
Capital University is a small, private university in a quaint suburb of Columbus called Bexley. It is a very safe campus and neighborhood. The campus is also located within 10 minutes of downtown Columbus, creating lots of opportunities. The business faculty are amazing. I have come to love Capital with all my heart. #CapFam

Awful school! The professors go through the motions and clearly don't care. Not worth the money! The dorms are awful, there is even mold. The food is far worse than any of the schools I've been to. Bexley itself is safe but leaving the town to get anywhere else is unsafe.

Overall 1.5
Bexley & Capital used to have great reputations. Now, the campus is run down & there's daily crime in Bexley/on campus. The Wifi hardly ever works & food is like public K-12. Ivory tower instructors assign double the homework as OSU, but it's woke CRT nonsense. I learned more & had less stress at community college. Not worth the opportunity cost.
Overall 1.5
The dorms are absolutely awful. There are holes in my ceiling and they do not have air conditioning. The showers are disgusting and so are the restrooms. The food is not that good and there is not a very big variety. The campus and its buildings have obviously not been updated since the school opened.
Overall 1.6
I transferred away from this school. It was horrible.
Overall 1.7
Old buildings, heat & A/C are sporadic. Scant parking, $160/sem, no enforcement! Basic cafeteria food. Bexley is surrounded by section 8 & crime spread to campus - assault, theft, carjacking, drugs, break-ins. IT & Wifi connectivity issues daily, homework app glitches. Overloaded instructors, homework is busy work, irrelevant to real world needs.

Overall 2
If you are reading this do not make the same mistake I did. This is not an awful school, but it is designed for commuters and people who want the "small" school feel. Most departments are 2-3 professors in size, so very few class options. The facilities (specifically the dorms) are not well cared for. Roaches galore!
Overall 2
The quality of students is declining. Administration will admit anyone who can pay the tuition.
