Nice School
Overall 4.1
Nursing program is #1 in the state of Maryland. Students here are overall a great bunch. Student Life is always putting on events and the food trucks are always up to something. Campus is always clean. Professors are all caring and great to work with. Opportunity exists here. Wish this place was a 4-year college at a community-college price.

I love Cecil!
Bad reviews

This place is awful. Stay far far away from here, no matter how nice their paper thin sales pitch may seem. Sure it's cheap but you get what you pay for. I spent once semester here and spent the next 9 months at home doing nothing before starting completely over at a real school. Don't make the same mistake I made and go to a real school after HS
Overall 1.1
This is by far the worst college I've ever seen or been to. The food is AWFUL and the student life is nonexistent. If you have the misfortune of going here, take a few classes and transfer to a real school.
Overall 1.9
Professors are generally unhelpful and comdensending, makes me wish I dropped out of high school.
Overall 1.9
There is no feeling of connection between the students and often times groups from previous situations stick together while forcing others out of social interactions. Okay starting college for those moving onto Uni but for experience and opportunities it doesn't seem like it tries.
Overall 2
There is no promotion of any clubs. Even the "club day" has no promotion. The campus is extremely difficult to navigate and the parking is horrendous since the campus redesign. The only upside is the Elkton Station and there is nothing going on over there.
