If you like a small town Central is for you! So many opportunities on campus if you make the effort to make connections. Local restaurants are amazing and just 2 hours away from Seattle if you want to get out of the small town. The Education program is #1 in the state and the professors are amazing!

I transfered here from the University of Wyoming and it was the greatest decision of my life. First, it's a quarter school which makes classes only 10 weeks long (WIN) the professors want to be there and want you to succeed, and they have so many different degrees, you'll find one for you.
Overall 4.5
It's a really good college. The location is what you make of it. There are many hiking spots and places to be out in nature but outside the campus activities are limited. The uni community is pretty good as they are very helpful and generally seem quite happy. Campus activities are really fun and social. Although, I hate the parking police.

Bad reviews

Terrible teachers, Administration is even worse. The town is tiny, dying, and not enough jobs. No social spots for students. No activities at the school, and nowhere to eat etc. Edited to reflect the Rape, Murder and racist town hall meeting this last month.
Overall 1.3
The town is tiny and many of the small shops that are hiring won't hire any of the college students. Tuition got raised a ton for the campus police to buy a Tesla, and they don't even do anything with it. Awful professors and awful for anyone of color. They can't keep any art professors so I had to transfer. Save your mental state by not going here
Overall 1.5
teachers are insensitive.
Overall 1.7
Not student centered! Does a lot of bait and switch. Talks about Inclusion but only if you fit their stereotype. Does not practice what they preach. Very expensive with hidden costs.
Overall 1.7
Wow, what a waste of money. Every program has weird political problems and despite charging an assload of money the school seems to struggle to actually do anything for the students.
Overall 1.8
This school is actual garbage. The people here are so rude and judgmental. There is no social life in the town. The classes are so easy that this minus as well be a clown college.
Overall 2
I take all of my classes online because so far that has been my only option, which is really tough for students using a GI Bill; we depend on in-person classes to get our full benefits. I have found that many of the courses are recycled content, often needing some serious updating, so I am not super confident in the education that I am receiving.
Overall 2
The school is rotting from the inside and starting to show it. Not enough faculty and staff, no communication between departments and very little within departments. Have a problem? Too bad, you'll be given the run around and brushed off every time. Do not go to this school unless you don't have another choice.
Overall 2
The campus is litrly nothing to talk about. Its a general ok environment
