The social scene at CSC is amazing, along with their fitness building and club variety. However, professors that treat their class like it's the only one students are taking. I went from an A average at a previous college in my home state, only to have a C average here. If it wasn't for my friends I'd definitely transfer.
Overall 4
I'd do it again.
Overall 4
Everyone at this school cares about the students. So many opportunities that don't exist at larger schools.

Don't go to this school!! They professors are unresponsive and still stuck in the stone age. The "Multimedia class" could get half the links to work!! The assignments were in pdf format so you had to print the document and then rescan it in. An online class professor should be able to figure out how to make a fillable pdf!!!
Overall 1.5
Teachers with tenure are treated as gods: they can do no wrong. Thusly, complaints against them go unheard. If the whole class fails, something has to be wrong. And in my experience here, that seems to happen a lot. The Internet in the dorms is horrible, but it seems to work decently in the classrooms. Parking is a horrible task.
Overall 1.8
Food is not good. Internet never works. You get what you pay for.
Overall 1.8
I had a love/hate relationship with CSC. Some staff are very helpful while others act like they could care less. The dorms are noisy and overcrowded, you can barely use the PAC because all the sports teams use it, the professors are hardly there, and the town is so boring. I got my degree so that's what matters to me most but I'm glad to be done.
Overall 1.9
Its a cheap college to get your degree that's all I'm going to write here.
Overall 2
If you looking for an inexpensive college then this is it... However, the old saying you get what you pay for comes to mind when talking about CSC.
Overall 2
I attended CSC from 2002-2006, studied criminal justice. It was an 'okay' experience and to be honest, I didn't learn much of anything but I did get my degree. The town is a small college town, there's not much to do if one doesn't drink alcohol. CSC needs more majors.
