Strongest engineering college within CUNY

Great school with amazing opportunities. The division of science is rigorous, but worth it! The campus is beautiful as well.

My time at City College has been eye openning for the good and the bad. Many professors are passionate and supportive if you show enthusiasm and care about your future. The programs and extracurriculars offer endless opportunities for growth, specially research opportunities. I highly recommend for anyone seeking a great college experience.

CS Grad Fall 20. CS is difficult but not impossible. Focus on the end goal: graduate and get a good job. This school is not for partying hard if you want that go waste your time and money at Columbia. Best and most difficult engineering school in NYC. I graduated with 0 loans and a 120k job. Not bad for a 22 year old?

Don't let this college tell you that you can't be an engineer or scientist. My time at CCNY was the most stressful periods of my life. You won't be able to rely on professors to help you digest the material and have to spend large amount of time studying on your own. Exams worth all your grade average in this institution.

For those wanting to major in engineering (including computer science), weigh your choices carefully. It may be worth it to make a sacrifice to go to a better school within the SUNY system. The CUNY system is in serious, serious disarray. Don't let this college tell you that you're worthless. Advisors are horrible and don't help you al all.

exams worth all your grade. All classes @ CCNY either has time conflict or not offered. Only chance of passing classes @ CCNY is Epermit. Idk how CCNY functions as it’s the only CUNY that does engineering. Consider a sacrifice of transferring to a better institution in SUNY system (maritime or Farmingdale). Epermit is only way to survive @ CCNY

Beautiful buildings, but a bad experience.

It's a dangerous campus in a bad neighborhood with horrible professors and staff. I had to transfer out with a near perfect GPA because of how bad it is.

This school is just straight up wack. Good luck to anyone trying to come out of the engineering school alive. The standards in all the departments are ridiculous. Glad I'm finally done with this school!!!!Never want to step foot in it again. Peace OUT!!!!!!!

Do not come to this school ! If you want to cry every day and become depressed then that's the school for you.

If you wanna do psychology here please dont. Theyre useless and never respond to emails. Always to busy to sit down and check with you Youre basically on your own.
Overall 1.5
worthless school. I graduated from the engineering school 2 years ago, nobody will hire me and the career services are useless. Going to this school was the worst mistake I have ever made. DO NOT GO TO THIS SCHOOL. I busted my ass to get a 3.8 and the abuse was not worth it.
