I am so glad I made the best decision to attend Coker College.
Overall 4.2
I have had a wonderful experience here, I love it more everyday. I love the town it is in and all of the people and the professors are absolutley wonderful!

Coker is a great option if you want something that's off the beaten path. The school offers lots of opportunity for socialization, and classes that are enjoyable but keep you focused. I love the campus, which is very safe and the grounds well manicured. Couldn't suggest a better place. Not a party school, but still some good hang outs.
Overall 4.1
My college exemplifies what a college experience should be for students. I walk around proud to be a Coker student. All of the professors and faculty are approachable, understanding, and willing to help you. There are some tough cookies in the mix, but take your time to get to know them. Show your diligence and you will excel. :)

If you want to be happy for four years, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I transferred after a year and basically everyone I know did the same. They hated it almost as much as I did. All there is to do is be judged by people who don't know you at all, go to class with awful professors and make terrible decisions. There's not enough space to explain how terrible.

I kept on thinking it would get better.. IT DOESNT. the school is soooo boring, there are no parties and honestly the teachers are not that good. I transferred into a university and i love it. GET OUT WHILE YOU CAN

Overall 1.6
I loved most of my professors and classes, but Coker is not a great university. If you want a great experience at a small college do not go here. The food is actually terrible (I got food poisoning), the buildings are old and moldy, and there is nothing to do in Hartsville. My professor admitted that Coker is severely understaffed.
Overall 1.6
I would say it's equivalent to a high school, but honestly my high school had less drama and better education than Coker. This place is a joke.
