Great School. Amazing faculty, very affordable and with good work very manageable classes. Earned my degree here and I'm happy to say it helped me in my career advancement with the military as well. Thank you professors and especially admissions staff and to all the cool students here, you'll go far!

Do not go to the nursing program at CSCC. There are many nursing schools in Ohio. If you want to be a nurse and know you will complete the program, go to another nursing school.

Sucks
Overall 1.3
Unprepared for online transition during pandemic. 90% of professors are incompetent.
Overall 1.3
Do not go to nursing school here. Constantly changing requirements. This will become a flipped classroom school and is in the process. What does that mean? You teach your self. The instructors dont teach, only there if you have a question and they will let you down. Many friends have failed out. Tests dont match material and they joke about it.
Overall 1.4
The worst place its so stressful and very disorganized the teachers are so disrespectful and rude its a wast of money and a lot of my friends Ran away from Thai collage
Overall 1.4
The "student advisors" sit behind their desks and print off course lists. If you have an actual educational problem with a professor they won't help. There's barely, if any, extra curricular activities or clubs offered so there's no good way to meet people. The gym is the size of a glorified closet. The whole place reeks of mediocrity.
Overall 1.5
Affordability definitely affects the quality here.
Overall 1.6
Would be better off getting certified and running head first into your career than waste your time and money here
Overall 1.6
The online courses at Columbus State are more like independent studies than anything else. My online math course has NO lecture videos and our lessons consist of solely reading the textbook. This class should've been advertised as an independent study because THIS IS NOT A CLASS!!
Overall 1.7
Basically if you go there with the idea of going to a 4 year school, just get your Gen. Eds and get out. This community college trys its hardest to act like a university with majors that only transfer to select colleges they have contracts with. The professors are 50/50 on explaining the material and caring for the students.
