Best college if you want to save some money.

For a community College CCD is the best, It feels like you go a 4 year! CCD shares teachers with the other 2 universities so you're getting the best education for half the price. I met a lot friends there and loved every teacher, they really care for you. My councilor was extremely supportive and we were really close. You don't get this everywhere
Overall 4.5
CCD is a great option for college and overall a really good school. The professors at CCD are amazing people who care about their students and the subject they are teaching about. CCD offers many opportunities for tutoring, clubs, special needs, and concurrent enrollment. The community is great here as well!

Auraria has its own police department and endless resources for students. You can get fed for free every day on campus; there's a food pantry. There's a club for everyone, constant events, and workshops to help young students with credit and financial aid. This is a great school, especially the paralegal program. I highly recommend it for pre-law

CCD is great!

I like this school, I am really happy for being a part of this Community College. The staff is helpful in any office. The first year I am at CCD, I got my scholarship at the same time the work-study. I met seven teachers at CCD, all of them were really my model teachers. I believe that I will be successful and I may get a job after my graduation.

The school has lost over 30% of their students in one year, it's pretty obvious that COVID isn't the only reason students like myself are leaving for other places. The campus police are out of control. Do yourself a favor and go to any of the other local community colleges, this place has been on the decline for a while.
Overall 1.2
The employees in this colleges are rude and money hungry. Never in my life I had scheduled so much meet to see my advisor because he's mistake he made. I can said now this worst first year college I ever had. I don't recommend this place to go find a better place.

Don't go here for online courses. They don't require assignments to be due before the census date of the course but a requirement to not be forcefully dropped is to have turned in an assignment. I was dropped from two courses despite having bought all my books and going through the syllabus and video lectures, for "non-attendance."

Maybe just my experience but 90% of my teachers were terrible during my time here.
Overall 1.6
Advising should just be cut so students dont have to pay for this futile service. They only know what is already available to you online and have no clue about anything else. The turnover rate is extremely high and the intern director of advising does nothing to help and will not return phone calls. You might end up taking multiple courses that do

Poor administration. Financial Aid dept mistakes can b costly 2 student & per the web r common place. Not terribly well regarded by othr institutions. Huge difference n levels of professionalism from one staffer 2 another - One may be not just professional but admirable, the next can make u wonder how the school keeps its doors open despite.
