What a sweet, clean, beautiful campus. I am proud to attend classes here and I don't want to leave! It is also a fantastically cultural school; the students, the classes, the professors....I feel at home here and comfortable and I am getting an excellent education. The teachers are outta this world (for the most part!).

Science and Math department of this college is good, otherwise this college have no cafeteria only a subway to eat. And college is not at good location, parking lots are very small. College is not a smoke free college. Professors do smoke at college too !

This campus is worse place I have ever in USA. Their admission and record office service is very slow. every time I went their I had to wait almost an hour and more at their counseling office. if you have at appointment at 2:00pm, they will make you wait till 4:00pm to see then consular. And this campus do not have any cafeteria.

I went to Nursing School at CCC and it was terrible. I went through 2 years of terrible teaching, lack of care, and sadness. I was stripped of all my confidence, my emotional well being, and my drive. The Contra Costa College Nursing Program killed my dream of becoming a nurse. I do not recommend this RN school to anyone.
Overall 1.8
The neighborhood is seedy.. campus is nice at the top.. the classrooms themselves look like they've never been updated. Don't leave anything in your car (especially if you park on the streets or near the field) and pack some sort of protection if you plan on taking night courses
Overall 1.9
Reading the review of the person who said "the medical assisting course killed my dream of becoming an RN" you took the words right out of my head. The way the material is presented is absolutely horrendous and the professor simply should not be one in the first place. It's outdated, ridiculous, insulting, repetitive and a complete waste of time :(

Although CCC doesn't look as great, and sometimes the middle college students get in the way-- this school has the best counselors I've ever encountered at a college. I just wish the portal website was created better. CCC also has some of the best teachers I've had thus far
