Good reviews
Overall 4.2
GWU location cannot be beat. Free museums and private collections of art abound and as far as cities go, what’s not to love. The Corcoran education is as challenging as you want to make it. A top notch art education and world class opportunities in a small city. (Look at the real population numbers, it’s not NYC, LA or Chicago!) ??

The Corcoran has an unmatched communal feel. It is definitely the place for intrinsically motivated people who are aspiring to be an artist. I've gotten more help and opportunities from the faculty and staff here than you can imagine and they have adequately prepared me to make a living as an artist. It isn't an easy school, it's a great one.
