The best freaking school out there. I absolutely love every second I spend here. The people. The professors. The atmosphere.

Very nice college!

Dalton State college has been an amazing experience. The professors here are kind and very dedicated on helping us move forward in our education. The campus has lots of events to help newcomer feel more at home and more involved. Even if your very shy like me; they help you feel at home with everyone. I highly recommend this school to everyone.

This is a great school. I have received a quality education and will forever respect DSC. I highly recommend this school as it is not very expensive and the professors are amazing. 10/10
Overall 4.5
This college is very peaceful. For the people who hate large crowds, this is your college. It is very open and not heavily stuffed/crowded. There are stores and restaurants nearby and a walk away; I recommend a bike for better travel up the mini hills though. This is also one of the most affordable colleges indeed.
Overall 4.5
This is such a good campus. Everything is actually really nice and they have so many opportunities available for students. I will say i wish clubs were more passionate about getting students to join but i guess that's on the students. Other than that it is a beautiful campus with so much to do around.
Overall 4.5
Many people talk negatively about DSC because it is a smaller school, and it dissuades people from attending. However, I have loved every second of my attendance at DSC. The professors are intelligent and incredibly helpful, the class sizes are smaller, which gives a more personal vibe, and overall, the campus is beautiful and safe.

There are some professors who do care about the students but, overall all the school cares about is money. Go here and see for yourself. Read these evaluations people
Overall 1.4
cheap but boring. worst parking of anywhere. have to get to class 2 hours early for a parking spot and sometimes are late to classes because you can’t find parking. professors are rude. only thing that is nice is the campus cats.

If you are leaving high school and are looking for a place to go, AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. Unless you have friends that are going there, good luck having a social life. The food is awful, everyone is depressed and the teachers dont help with that. I was stuck in that prison for 2 years and now that I'm transferring, I finally feel free again
Overall 1.6
What a tiny college, I do not understand how anyone can have a fun, full college experience at a place like this. I took one summer class as a transient, and though my professor was great, the school it self was most certainly not. All of the processes for things were more difficult than necessary and the campus is tiny and in a bad place.
Overall 1.6
Its mostly non - traditional students. About 300 people live on campus, so there is never really much going on. There are 1 or 2 bars downtown but they are usually very dead. I go out in Chattanooga. Its pretty hard to meet cool people over all. Not a lot of them around. There are some good profs here, but there are some below average ones too.
Overall 1.7
Pros: Price Cons: Location, campus atmosphere, career prospects, parking administrative/admissions offices The best way to describe this place is the spirit airlines of colleges. I graduated with a 3.9 GPA in a respectable degree and have applied to hundreds of jobs with one phone interview and one in person interview.
Overall 1.7
I would only recommend attending Dalton State College if you are using it as a stepping stone to then transfer to a different school. Most of the professors are all out of sorts and are no help. The food is unappetizing. The residence hall is very loud 24/7. People will bang on your door for no reason. I would not want to be here more than a year.

Typical. Hypocritical. Liberal. Greedy.
Overall 2
It's a decent school with the potential for so much more!!
Overall 2
Went for 2 years and I'm so happy to leave. Don't go, not worth it to lose credits. No school spirit, nothing to do, not a college town by any means so the campus is dead.
