The campus is set up like a traditional 4-yr school with a central "quad" and fountain. The grounds are immaculate. Faculty are the best (I know every one says this-but it is true at DCCC). And they expect a lot from us students! Support services are really strong and readily available. Certainly a great way to save money for transfer!
Overall 4.1
It is a great location, it provides many opportunities, however, it is also small enough, to make you not feel lost as a college student.
Overall 4.1
Teachers are great, the school has a lot to offer and it is cheap. It is worth it to attend DCCC

Very slack employees working in the Public Safety Continuing Eductaion. Half of the time when you register online they fail to add you to the class. Then you can't ever get intouch with anyone to solve the issue. Email, live chat, or phone, they won't respond.

The standards are pretty low there. I attended a NC state university and a prestigious art college before coming here. My expectations were not that high however I was stunned to see how easily they handed out A's to low performers. This is exactly why community colleges get a bad wrap because they do not encourage the students to performer better.
