Best college ever
Overall 4.7
Teacher are good, library has many resources, the 2nd floor staff could do more than just sit there. Love quiet study rm. The writing center needs work! You sign in to get help then timed when they come to help & explain your what you are writing about time is up almost right after leaving you to sign up & start explaining again to the next one.

Amazing

Great place to go to school. Lots of opportunities for help if needed and even a great Disability Office. Transcripts are free SI's and Tutoring stations are paid for with tuition Some Great Professors
Overall 4.6
It is a great school
Overall 4.6
This school is amazing. They provide high quality courses at affordable costs. Staff cares, and tutoring for everyone is available. Most professors are very dedicated, and will get to know you by name if you work hard in the class and communicate with them. I am the youngest student to ever attend Del Mar College, and have no regrets.
Overall 4.5
great architecture department. all of my professors i've had thus far (even when doing my basics) were great. Del Mar's staff is friendly, and the facility overall has a really good atmosphere. If u open your eyes a little, you'll see Del Mar has a lot to offer! A lot of opportunities to get involved in clubs, and student success center is helpful
Overall 4.4
This school is close and better like any other.
Overall 4.3
This is an excellent school for starting off your scholastic career, there are many programs available to you and the staff is super friendly and helpful.
Overall 4.3
Very convenient, central city, multiple bus routes , early and late classes. great professors overall. Food Court is amazing. East campus is under construction but is still performing at full capacity. Advisers and teachers are amazing. They point you in the right direction every time.

Sucks
Overall 1.3
The employees on the east campus are the worst, they always misplaced my paperwork and transcripts from other schools. Also, they forgot to change my status from out of district to in district and so theyve been robbing me of my money and paying more for tuition. I would NEVER reccommend this school to anyone.
Overall 1.3
the school administration is messed up the different parts don't communicate well. a advisor will promise somethin reverse transfers but don't and youre out money. if you complain they will retaliate because they are tenured this is esp true in psychology and chair head rimeriz. Get everything in writing. go somewhere else.
Overall 1.4
Could be better, don't recommend, most professors will grade at last minute and then fail you, Right after the course drop time ends.
Overall 1.4
The food is great, but it is expensive
Overall 1.6
Nothing special about Delmar
Overall 1.9
Go elsewhere if possible
Overall 1.9
This place is such a headache you will get bounced around from office to office. If you are dealing with financial aid expect to be there for at least four hours or more they tend to only have 1-2 people working at a time and there is always a line! Parking is a mess get there an hr before your class starts or you will be late because of parking!
Overall 2
I took a few dual credit classes, but the main campus is in a terrible part of town. People don't go to Del Mar for the college life.

Taking classes at Del Mar and TAMU Corpus Christi. Del Mar did very little to offer blended classes like TAMU CC in Spring of 2021 well after most things in the state have opened up. The administrators signing you up for class are not much help getting you what you want. The reason this is cheaper is that you get what you pay for.
