This school is great! Just network, make new friends and enjoy yourself. the location is great for those who live in the DMV or Philly, Jersey, & New York. The food in the café is what should be expected in any school café. Tons of restaurants are near by. Housing could be better but take into consideration that this campus is historical.

this is my first year and semester. the college is a 50/50 school. either you’re going to love the school or not. it’s a good school if you want to experience being in a in-state HBCU.

This school is not good on so many levels that I wouldn’t even recommend plants in the bio department to be used here. Professors and security don’t care about the students at this school. In addition, there are restrictions on food and entertainment here. Not to mention staff majority of the students and student government all have attitudes

Delaware state is a small school with not much to do off campus. Students here arent very approachable and everyone is mainly clicked up so its not quite easy to make friends after freshman year. Clubs here arent too involved unless apart of dance/modeling team. Food here is horrible so your best bet is off campus food or groceries.

Went here for grad school only bc I got a really good scholarship. Huge mistake. Should have kept looking for a better opportunity. Many of the staff are fantastic and great to work with but in terms of classes/program and overall dealing with the administration and bureaucracy it has been awful. Would not recommend my program to anyone.

Just really do not like this school. Professors are not very helpful. The area around the school has a high crime rate and the school is not very safe as well. I feel as if this school has not even prepared me for the real world whatsoever. Thank god I only have semester left.
