This is a great school for certain majors while at the same time its not so good for other majors. Dominican college has its strong academic divisions and it's weak academic divisions. Before comingto the school, I would do some extensivresearch on what your major is and how it is at the school.

Dominican college nursing program is a joke. Do not choose Dominican for you're nursing degree unless it's the accelerated program. In The traditional bsn program most of the clinical instructors that Dominican chooses are an absolute joke and you learn nothing. The advisors are no help at all and there is absolutely no guidance from them.
Overall 1
This school sucks. Nothing happens here, if you like to meet people or like to party this school is not for you. Most people are transferring after this semester.
Overall 1
If you're looking for a real college experience do not go to Dominican.Mainly a commuter school there are less than 400 students living in campus and almost all leave on the weekends. There is absolutely nothing to do weekends on campus except go to the mall. Everything at this school is disorganized and none of the advisors know what they're doing
Overall 1.1
The administration was very unhelpful and not in the least bit friendly. It seems like all they care about is your money and not you and your future. Good luck.
Overall 1.2
Terrible
Overall 1.4
This college has a terrible reputation. There isnt much to do in the area. The people are racist. Most professors and staff are extremely unfair. Being that everyone that goes to this school is an adult, we still get treated like little kids.
Overall 1.5
school just wants your money. dont waste your time and go somewhere else
Overall 1.5
this school sucks.. transfer asap. dont waste your money.
Overall 1.6
I was a commuting student overall aspects of social culture, food, clubs and reputations are opinions gathered from classmates that actually lived there. I came just for education; mediocre overall at best. Good enough school to get into nursing or occupational therapy. There seemed to be an issue with kids transferring out or leaving altogether.

parties have to be called get togethers. everyone sticks to their group of friends like high school. deff not a party school. great programs and decent priced but the social life is horrible
