Great support for students.
Overall 4.6
Underrated, I have been having the best opportunity in my entire life. Professors are always there to help. Great opportunity for everyone. Installations are of a college not more not less. I'm grateful to have this lifetime opportunity.
Overall 4.4
A great option for people looking to transfer to an NC 4-year university, with flexible course offerings and overall good professors, would highly recommend meeting with the Transfer Center as well as attending the events put on by the SGA, most of the time the events have free food and/or helpful resources for students looking to transfer.
Overall 4.2
The school is outstanding, I know many people gave low rates to this school because Durham Tech does not look fancy like most people expect. The quality of this school is excellent. Most of the professors in this school work really hard to teach their students. I have been to 4 schools (college & university) so I knew what the good school means.
Overall 4
It's a great school for getting credits out of the way for a lot less than a traditional 4 year university. All of my classes were online because of Covid, but the few times I did have to go on campus everything was clean and socially distanced, and everyone was helpful. And all of my professors seemed to be genuinely interested in their students.

This place is very underrated. The teachers are true gems and everyone I have had has been a pleasure to be learning from. The students are respectful and everyone really just minds their business and expresses smiles while passing by. The new food is great and the cafe is a plus. Great resources and you can be successful here IF YOU WANT TO BE !
Bad reviews
Overall 1.2
Well... It's next to the projects, you hear sirens almost every day. Many of the students act like they were raised by idiots (they probably were). I am only attending this hell hole for my first two years. The teachers are crap, the office staff is crap. No one is willing to help answer your questions. My worst experiences ever have occurred here.

here is nothing exciting ....
Overall 1.5
The classes themselves are top notch and mostly challenging, however, the atmosphere has alot to be desired. The location is atrocious, and the general feeling walking around is that you're at an alternate education high school. Do not attend if you are interested in absorbing academic brilliance from your surroundings....there isn't any.
Overall 1.6
Every thing I have had to do with Durham Tech has been a huge head ache and I always get a different answer depending on who I ask.
Overall 1.7
School is blah at most it's a place to transfer to a better school.
Overall 1.7
The school is a very good school, if they get rid of the only accountant teacher that they have. Never eaten anything from this school because i would never walk around . The area is not safe at all and every other week some student was getting rubbed. I would give this school a 3.5 because its not a bad school just needs improvement .
