Good reviews
Overall 4.6
Edinboro is a beautiful campus and has good teachers. The location is perfect for me, and there's enough to do around here that it's still interesting. Food here could use some work, but other than that I'm very happy here!
Overall 4.6
This is a good, small yet public liberal arts university that gives opportunities to those who actively seek them
Overall 4.5
Edinboro University has a wonderful small-town feel and the campus is comfortable and easy to navigate. The University has many extracurricular activities to offer and there is something for everyone:)
Overall 4.5
Lots of opportunities for socializing through clubs, events, and programs. Greek life here is awesome and really close, like a family. In a cute little town and close to Erie, which has a mall and movie theater. Campus isn't too big, but big enough and it is very safe and well lit at night. It is beautiful in the summer and fall!
Overall 4.4
Edinboro is a small campus, but its beautiful and has a lot to do if you get involved.
Overall 4.4
Proffers are well educated on their respective fields. They really care about their students. Greek life is great and clubs are well organized. A very social school.
Overall 4.3
Edinboro maintains as much safety as possible while also providing reasonable standards for handicapped students (weather depending). The snow belt plays a huge factor in the suckiness of travelling from class to class. The faculty, at least in the art dept. is stellar with a wide range of knowledge. A great place with many opportunities!
Overall 4.2
As someone who spent 4 years at Edinboro and am now attending a large university for grad school, do not sleep on Boro! The town has a beautiful lake, quaint atmosphere, and great dining spots. The smaller university allows lots of opportunities to connect with faculty & meet lifelong friends, so be sure to get involved and build relationships!
Overall 4.2
the food could use some work other than that, it's 10/10
Overall 4.2
I never want to leave this place! Everyone here is so friendly and accepting. Professors here are understanding and knowledgeable. The campus is like a scene from a magazine in the fall because of the colors. Wheelchair friendly so the school is very diverse in every aspect. Very welcoming and charming place.

My experience with Edinboro online university did not go well. Professors were difficult to connect with and often seemed far too busy to help. The administrative support was non-existent. Overall, this failed to impress and I transferred out before graduation.
Overall 1.3
Do yourself a favor and make alot of friends immediately or you will be alone your whole time here. If you can live off campus do it because it makes everything so much easier and more pleasant.
Overall 1.4
I WISH I had known about the financial and academic problems plaguing the PASSHE schools before attending. Horrible professors, disorganized, running out of money... Please do NOT attend ANY of the PASSHE schools, including Edinboro. I foresee the school closing entirely in the next few years. Please go somewhere else. I am personally transferring.
Overall 1.5
You will starve the food is absolutely TERRIBLE on and off campus that you will have to force yourself to cook meals even with a food plan. they have a suggestion board in the dinning hall I highly doubt they pay any attention to. buffet style if your lucky youll have a nice strain of hair in your food. campus is a dead zone EVERYDAY after class :(
Overall 1.6
There in person Fall 21, online from home spring/summer 22, then transferred. Library closed. Dorms ok, maintenance response terrible. Admin/staff rarely answered and slow to return phone calls. Some great profs but most were not helpful and non accommodating. NOT a great school for students with disabilities as advertised! Medical system not great
Overall 1.7
Wish I did more research before coming here. I am displeased with almost every aspect of this school. Not worth a singular penny.
Overall 1.7
Online professors don't try to understand/help. Clarion and CalU took over&want to change everything. Advisors are nice but have no idea what they are doing. I asked about testing out of a GenEd class that isn't offered for a few semesters but is a prereq for most courses I need for my major. Advisor said "idk"&never looked further. Im transfering
Overall 1.7
Not the school for me. The food was okay not great. The weather sucks. The students are stuck up. Some of the professors are really great but also some are not so great. The financial aid office you ask? Nope they might as well not have one. If you go here pay attention to your student account because financial aid makes A LOT of mistakes.
Overall 1.7
If you're into big city and urban life, don't come here. You need a car to really do anything off campus. Its slightly diverse, with majority Caucasian students. The food sucks, the campus life is ehh, the people are ehh, the rooming is ok. the tuition is good but the school basically sucks all round.
Overall 1.8
This school is not the best. I went for four years. I hardly had friends and the classes were that studious as expected. I left not fully prepared for my career.
