Love it

I love every single thing about Emerson. The journalism department is top-notch, and they really set you up for success. Only thing I have an issue with is the food. It's real hit or miss, but usually a miss. I love the clubs and programs that they offer, and it seems like there really is something for everyone. SUPER inclusive campus as well!

Emerson's a really wonderful school, but it involves you to put a lot into it.
Overall 4.4
I honestly love it here, people like to complain a lot about small aspects, but the school provides amazing opportunities, and the classes are great, if you're here to learn you'll definitely take advantage of all Emerson has to offer.

Its a truly amazing place
Overall 4.3
Professors are both researchers and hand's on. I love the classes since most of them are really small in size and we get a lot of great conversation going. The problem is that when students are bad, they are really bad. Some never show up & some are dumb (see their reviews on here). I'm graduating in a month and say it's work the money I spent.
Overall 4.3
Great school academically -- not a big social life though -- kind of have to look for it. The small class sizes makes engaging in class and connecting with professors easier. Food really isn't as bad as everyone is saying -- much better than most dining halls.
Overall 4.3
A really great school, does not work for everyone, but no ever school does. A great community with a lot of passionate people. Join a club, troupe, or crew and never look back.
Overall 4.3
This school is amazing but could have better diversity among the student body
Overall 4.2
To put it simply, Emerson is an arts school - basically everyone here is planning on pursing something with little to no job security, so everyone is always really pushing themselves to succeed. There's tons of organizations to join, and basically everyone finds one that they like. Seriously, join an organization. They give you crazy connections.

i wish i could give happiness a zero at this school. horrible school unless you want to be out of touch with the world and spend all your money on mediocre professors and classrooms the size of a closet

Hated going here
