Fisk University

Fisk has more cons than pros I do not recommend attending this university.

Please don't come to this school for the sake of your mental health and GPA. Teachers are very inconsiderate and the faculty is difficult to contact. The food is not good and several of the dorms have insects. Go somewhere you will enjoy college, please. You have been warned!

As a grad student, this university is a disaster. It’s completely dysfunctional, has deteriorating facilities, unreliable Wi-Fi, and overall low academic standards. The campus is unsafe and admins are indifferent to their jobs. Do not choose this University. Choose a reputable institution. This place will fail to provide a quality education.

Im a freshmen and accidentally found this school. Those who have heard of it know it well and speak well of its reputation (which is wrong). Other than that, many dont know what this place is. The food--go for breakfast. Its your best chance that the meat is cooked and you get some peace and an actual seat. BYO fan AND heater. Moldy, musty dorms!!

Food can be raw/severely undercooked. Facilities are very outdated/decaying. Jub hall has large amounts of mold/water damage, roaches/ladybugs, broken AC/lights, and horrific showers. Very hard to communicate with staff and admin, you have to email them MULTIPLE times on one subject. IT is unresponsive. I will be look at transferring.
