Amazing school that helped me land my dream internship!!!
Overall 5
Best place ever. This campus is pretty. The teachers are amazing, and the family atmosphere is just the best I have ever seen. Hands down best school I could have ever gone to.

A wonderful place with great people and huge opportunities!

amazing campus, only have one friend who doesn’t like it
Overall 4.6
I HIGHLY recomend their business program if you are in between that and a stem major. It is not as nearly as hard and stressful, it still requires hard work and dedication, but.

My dream school.
Overall 4.6
This is my 4th semester and I love the area, the campus is beautiful, and the facilities are state of the art. I get tired of the food but its still really good, and the internet could be better. There's lots of club opportunities and ways to get involved.
Overall 4.6
I love it here, for sure the right choice for me. I have recommended it to some friends wanting to do Aerospace Engineering and they are going to apply here. Be prepared for a lot of work, but as of now does not seem as much work as other friends who go to different colleges. There are a lot of clubs on campus and the math tutor center is amazing.
Overall 4.5
The campus is beautiful, the security and faculty are very nice and welcoming. What I love most are the living areas. Columbia village is really homey and Harris village as well.

If you are a parent paying for your students school and they do not have a full ride DO NOT GO HERE.
The professors have 3 primary roles - counselor, teacher, and researcher.
THEY DO NOT WANT TO BE COUNSELORS OR TEACHERS. They put 0 effort in. They grade as harshly as they can while putting in little effort to actually teach.
Overall 1.4
They expect 40k+ a year for a curriculum. The professors do not actually teach the class, they just assign work. The graduate students that run the labs are pretty good, but even with them you can get one that doesn't want to be there, assuming you have a one. Even if you get a full ride scholarship, carefully weigh your options before attending.
Overall 1.7
IT IS A TECH SCHOOL. Most boring place on earth, it does NOT feel like "home" lol. School squeezes $ out of everyone and people are rude. All they care about is $$ but does have good internships in the area. If ur a normal person, don't choose this school lol
Overall 1.7
Comp Sci maj - I came to this school because they put you into major-specified classes instantly. What I didn't know is that a lot of others do as well. Outside of campus is dangerous and the only thing here is the beach (10 min drive). No social life whatsoever and outdated classrooms. Gen ed classes are heavily pushed with bad teachers.
Overall 1.7
Florida Tech is (IMOP) an overpriced mediocre school that happens to be on the beach in Florida (why else come here). In spite of all the hype it promotes online about known nationally -ask MetLife/NY, Wells Fargo/NC, Capital One/VA, HP/CA, IBM... or even mid tier, Sunquest/AZ... No one knows FIT! It's like ITT trade school. Degree not worth it.
Overall 1.8
Awful. Complete scam of a school. With few exceptions, the employees here will always pass the buck onto other departments or the student. They refuse to do their jobs. Few social opportunities. School's far from anything worth doing. Internet's always out. Campus security is very aggressive and harasses students without justification.
Overall 1.9
they completely screwed my sister out of student loans, and now she cant go to any school. its right off of university which is literally the most ghetto place in the town. the only good part is old school pizza is right there. the botanical garden are garbage. they have zero support for students, overall just a bad experience.
Overall 2
This school is very difficult, not because the course materials themselves are difficult but because professors and faculty are all braindead incompetent.
