Great school. I made lots of friends.

I love this school. All the people who work here actually care about you as a person and as a student. There are a million ways to get involved. Fort Hays is also super cost-effective. I would recommend this school to anyone

Food-wise the cafeteria is not too good when it comes to food, but the union on campus has amazing food.

Virtual college is a waste of money. Poor schooling for too much money. All learning is software, all instructors provide no help, they only administer a list of names to grade at the end of the term. You teach yourself, and receive no help from anyone. Claims about academic excellence need to be taken with many grains of salt. Skip this place.
Overall 1
If you are a virtual student, you have no hope. The professors do not seem to care or help if you need it. Grades take forever to be entered. When feedback is left, it is not helpful. Would not recommend this school to anyone.
Overall 1.2
Closed campus, bad location, town out of the twilight zone. Lack of diversity.
Overall 1.6
FHSU was an okay experience. If you compete in any competitions, they will milk it for as long as they can since it's publicity to make them look better, even if the student was suffering from personal issues even after requesting to drop it. I do wish that there was more internships available, or better job opportunity connections upon graduating.
Overall 1.8
FHSU is the most affordable online university hands down. The website, ease of access and support are very good, but that is where it ends. The professor teaching the course would promise things but hardly ever deliver. The course was interesting but there was a very long delay with posting of feedback and grades. Not worth the time or money.
Overall 2
Virtual school is terrible. Advisers not much help. Financial Aid office not much help. Deans not much help. I would go somewhere else if I was not close to graduating. I even switched my major to get out quicker. Will go somewhere else to finish my degree. Would rather pay more and receive appreciation than go to FHSU any longer.
