Excellent school to enroll
Overall 5
GCU is a great school. I love how this university has a mission and goes above and beyond to make sure there students are successful. GCU is also very affordable compared to others universities around the united states. I also love how this school keeps there christian values and has a bible studies classes. I also love that they have 24/7 Online.

The best place where the faculty and teachers truly care for their students
Overall 5
Going to school online has been a great experience. My professors have all been great. They are all very supportive of me and they truly want me to succeed. I have a learning disability and they have accommodated my needs.

I LOVE THIS PLACE

GCU is an outstanding University, especially in the graduate degree programs!

I take this school online. But, from my point of view it is amazing! Not every instructor is “the best”… but there are so many that have changed my life and my view in things, that the awful ones, don’t even matter!
Overall 5
This is a great Christian Accredited School that offers a variety of majors.

Worst system ever, counselors are always absolutely horrendous, they have screwed me over a million times, absolutely done with this school and transferring immediately, thanks :)

Grand Canyon University is for-profit and has a 47 % graduation rate. Don’t waste your money taking classes here. Especially online classes.
Overall 1.4
It is great for opportunity but as I was walking to school there were gun shots going off right next to it. And it looks like a bunch of drug addict's were standing in front of my dorm office and were tweaking.
Overall 1.5
So I had both studied and worked at GCU and there are a lot of fake Christians and fake Christian expression there. A physio prof was caught forcing students to sleep w/ him. A student killed themselves in fall2023 in student housing. The school didn't tell me about book fees when they said I got a scholarship to waive school fees and tuition.
Overall 1.7
Online student- All self-taught. I've had 2 great professors, all others seem to not engage in the classroom and are not helpful at all when asking questions. My counselor has not been very helpful when I need guidance but will call/email me about payment relentlessly. Online students do not have many resources to help succeed. Left on our own.
Overall 1.8
I am an online student It's a throat out program. The teachers don't give you feedback, are very aloof. Forget online studying, there is no support there. The require "discussion questions" with a time lock in. The questions are ambiguous. The "counselor" is a joke, and they help big time when they want your money, otherwise they are unhelpful.
Overall 1.9
Managed pretty poorly, students manage most of the school and they lack experience and incentive to help you. Most workers are here trying to get a free masters degree.
Overall 1.9
I'm an on-campus student that still had to take online classes which are pretty useless since you pretty much have to teach yourself by reading the textbook and doing the assigned readings. They never give commuters a heads up about events that are going to take up their student parking spaces so we're always scrambling to get a spot.
Overall 1.9
Not worth it. If you didn't peak in high school this is not the school for you. Also, the campus feels like a prison because the surrounding area is so dangerous you are stuck there. Having fast food available all the time seems fun but it really isn't.... this place is terrible.
