HCC offers a food pantry for all students, masks at the entrance, free credits and counseling, a learning center that actually helps you pass-they actually care for you and take care of you as their student. not to mention campus is outrageously beautiful. Everyone is nice and you feel at home. I recommend religiously!
Overall 4.5
I find HCC to be an outstanding Community College with a staff that cares about the well-being of the students.

Has a very homey feel to it.

The best college ever.

Amazing school. The people who work at Harford truly are a bunch of amazing people. Small community college, but the professors are all great professors usually from big schools. Definitely recommend Harford Community College as a junior college. Seems like the school is holding an event for the students every other day. Great place to grow
Overall 4.4
Other students are very friendly, nice professors, beautiful campus and outdoor seating, lots of academic opportunities. The only thing I hate is parking! Not enough convenient spaces for the amount of students.
Overall 4.4
Anyone thinking about going to a 4 year university straight out of high school don't bother! Harford has everything, friendly staff, state of the art equipment, and at a price that won't bury you in debt. There is room for some improvements, food options are limited, and internet can be spotty in some parts of campus, but overall excellent school.
Bad reviews

My rating is based on attending during the pandemic. Due to the sheer spam emails I received in my student account alone, this school gets 0 out of 5 stars. To add to it, the professors and administration have such low standards for the quality of online education that you're better off taking coursework elsewhere.
Overall 1.1
This college is the worst, there is no social life and nothing to do. The scholarships are not even enough to have a decent lunch. Do not even try to connect to Internet, it is not going to work. But, not all is bad, i love the chicken tenders of the cantine.
Overall 1.3
For the most part I wasn't very impressed the class's were not challenging, The people who worked their didn't offer much. Compared to were I attended college there was a big disconnect.
Overall 1.5
This school looks good on paper and that's it. Don't be fooled its a low end school that's cheap and you get what you pay for. Don't go there if you can somehow not. Hartford County and that college are a paper town.
Overall 1.7
It's a typical community college, it sucks being right on 22 because there is a lot of traffic. Being a commuter is always a pain though. The instructors don't really care about students. Not desirable to be at a community college.
Overall 1.9
Several students were rapping in the student center using slurs and profanity. My parents were with me for registration and were shocked that the faculty did nothing to stop them. Making matters worse the security guard just stood in front of the bookstore as if it was business as usual. I went back two days later and the same thing was happening.
Overall 2
I hate this place. Classes are very easy if you do the work, but you won't learn much (especially in online classes). Location is fine; its close to Starbucks and Wawa. As far as safety goes, be very careful walking around parking lots/road because the people drive recklessly. Lastly, parking sucks unless you like walking a mile to class.
