Highland Instructors are so helpful and the people who work there are so nice. I've been accepted to a very good 4 year school and have a very good scholarship because of the help of my instructors at Highland.
Overall 4.3
Highland is a community college, so you're not going to get the big university, four-year college experience. Overall, I've had great experiences so far with the staff (so friendly and helpful), food, classes and common areas. Full-time students get a free YMCA membership for the semester, while part-time students only pay $45. A great deal overall
Overall 4.2
HCC is a small, beautiful campus with many friendly people of all ages and backgrounds. Because of the smaller class sizes, the instructors are willing and able to give more individual attention and feedback. This makes all the difference because you will be more successful in your studies.

Love this school, just don't love Freeport.

Don't even get me started on Highland. Worst decision I ever made in my life. I could barely stand it for one semester, and transfered the second I could. It was like being in High school all over again, but I was never challenged. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
