I have now idea about ESL program, but MBA program is useless (waste of time and money). You might improved your writing skills, but not expanding your knowledge a lot. Many classes are online, so you have to study by your own and most of the time without any professor's assistance and participation.
Overall 1.8
The college required me to take several courses that I'd already taken at another college. The transferability of courses was very poor. The college advertised giving the false impression that lots of previous course work and work/job experience would be transferred but it was not. This was especially true for computer science courses. It's a sham.
