Great University

HBU has top of the line professors, and engaging classes that supplement one's mind. I know HBU is a small school, but it is a school where you will get great attention and gain personal knowledge and experiences. The people, administers, and faculty of HBU are exceptional. I recommend going here. 10/10

I absolutely love my college! Some of the professors though could change the whole look on the college in itself.

This campus is amazing. If you're serious about your education then this is the perfect environment you want to be in. I am a Biology major so all my professors I've had so far have been awesome!! If you're looking for a school who parties and is easy, this is not the place you want to come to. You'll still find them but why are you here?

Loved going here! It is big enough to have many different opportunities and small enough to really get involved, make friends, and know professors. It is a great location with many exciting things happening on campus and near-by.
Overall 4.3
A beautiful and spiritual academic campus with a Christ centered learning experience.

It's a pretty small campus but that's what I love about it!

I actually hate this school. I'll be glad when I never have to see it again.
Overall 1.5
Anyone can come onto campus, no security driving around. The food was not that great. No clubs other than Christian clubs. Tried to get in touch with my advisor multiple times, I would receive an automated email saying she was out of the office or her appt times were always blocked. Campus is not great if you don't have a car. 100% don't suggest.

Hate it

After 3 years here I can say with certainty that I regret coming here. The tuition is insane yet none of the money we pay goes to anything useful. The teachers are very meh, the dorms are terrible and almost everything is run by students who don't know what they're doing. There is always a lack of communication on the staffs end. Waste of money.
Overall 1.6
The price of the school is ridiculous, the atmosphere is horrible and no one really benefits here. A lot of people transfer out because the school claims to have certain classes (that are required) but by the time it's time to take those classes, they are no longer offered.
Overall 1.6
This university reeks of high school. It is so cliquey and there are very little opportunities here compared to nearby public schools. Residential directors will tell you to pray about your problems instead of doing their job in providing solutions if you live on campus. I literally transferred after my first year. The scholarship ain't worth it.
Overall 1.7
speaking as someone who has experienced this. do not join the honors college. it is of no use. the professors do not care about you. if you join but want to leave, they will make it impossible to drop. the director in particular. don’t waste your time or money. just a bunch of discussions & papers over the dead. it will not contribute anything.
Overall 1.7
this school IS NOT WORTH THE MONEY. I don't care how much you are paying, don't do it. The school is literally falling apart, don't let them fool you. Professor in the health department absolutely suck, along with the advisors. scheduling and availability were non-existent for classes. Not commuter friendly. It felt like a glorified high school.
Overall 1.7
HBU Should be called Husky High! Most of the Students on Campus act like they are still in High School, the Greek life is a Joke, and there is absolutely no student life. The school has way to many rules that they force on students. No freedom. The residence living is horrible.I regret my decision to attend this University over others.
Overall 1.8
its a pretty good school but half of the school professor sucks at teaching you and others pour out there heart out to teach.
