I spent two semesters here and did my dual credit classes in high school through here as well. Overall an excellent place with great professors who truly care and want to see you succeed. As long as you try and exert yourself, you will have no problem excelling. The location is the worst part, but it is all what you make of it yourself.

Took my TSI here for dual credit. Finished dual credit classes (passed), then had to take a year off for personal obligations. Tried to enroll again in classes, but they said they didn't have a math TSI score for me. Even though I took my TSI (including math) at Howard AND I meet the requirements to wave the TSI (ACT score and past math credits.

Howard College is a typical Junior College located in a small desert town. Small campus, weird students, strict staff, and easy academics. Go here if you want to get your pre requisites out of the way, or else don't waste your time.
