best school ever!

I highly recomend Howard University. The location, career opportunities, and vibrant student population create a positive culture of success. The professors and teaching faculty are the best in D.C and some of the best in the world. There are always companies coming on campus to recruit students for internships/jobs.

Howard is difficult in its own ways, everyone has their own struggles here. However, the community and the opportunities here are endless and you have very high chances of succeeding here.
Overall 4.2
I love going to Howard but know you must get involved to enjoy it. Also, know that if you plan on coming here, you must bring a good amount of money since the big on-campus events are expensive. If you like going out to parties, there are rarely any on-campus parties, so you have to buy tickets and an Uber to go to parties.

runnnn don't attend, it is not what you think! Dreaded all 4 years here, your peers don't socialize a lot, very clickish as far as meeting new people. Housing is horrible, better yet you don't even receive housing.

cool school

Howard has a great legacy. However, there are more negatives about this school than there are positives. The administration is terrible (good luck with financial aid), a lot of dorms are inhabitable, and there are not many clubs to be a part of. On the other hand, the Howard community (composed of students & some teachers) make things worthwhile.
