Ignore all of the negative reviews. I have been attending Indian River State College for about 4 years now. (I graduated with my A.A. Degree 2 years ago) I am currently about to graduate with my B.A.S. Degree. This state college has always been helpful to me, the academic advisors, the professors, and the transfer specialist were all very helpful!
Overall 5
A very good education at an affordable price!

I received my AA from IRSC PSL campus this past May and am currently working on my BA there.
I have had the best experience in this school and I am so glad that I chose it to continue my
higher education learning. Every teacher that I have had has been very helpful and has shown genuine concern for my academic success. I highly recommend IRSC.

This is honestly one of the worst schools in florida

this place doesnt help you
Overall 1.1
This school puts a lot of stress on their student. The financial aid department needs a lot of work. The employees are never on the same page, one will tell you one thing and the other another. This college offers no classes in the summer for higher education and slows students down to graduate on time! Terrible.
Overall 1.2
They don't care about students that have been sexually assaulted by other students...

Overall 1.7
worst school i have ever went to
Overall 1.8
It seems like you need only two qualifications to become apart of faculty or a professor: be ignorant, and be foolish. Many professors can apparently teach and assign coursework through blackboard with only a grain of knowledge of how the internet worked... in 2002. Also, the canteen is way over-priced. Advisors are not great.
Overall 1.9
Not impressed with quality of education.
Overall 1.9
Unless you are at the main campus there is basically nothing but classrooms. You have to research who you have for instructors, some are great and some will turn your life into hell. Affordable school, the main attraction! Just RESEARCH each and every classinstructor being paying for any class. If you do this, listen and learn, you will be fine.
