Staff is very friendly, professors are very helpful. Great study helps for every course. Programs for nearly every degree. Plenty of campus events to meet employers or other students.

If it weren't for the incredibly kind advisors here telling me they believed in me I'd have failed out of college, I've found the staff to all be extremely kind and supportive, and all of my teachers have been very understanding in terms of my depression and ADD, I'm incredibly sad to be graduating and leaving this school in May.

Advisors very unfriendly and some faculty members too. Chancellor are careless including some directors of program and financial aid helper are terrible. Deans are terrible.
Overall 1.4
Ivy Tech is a college but it's lacking decent professors. The professors there view Ivy Tech like dirt, pretty much. The same way the students do.
Overall 1.6
I went to Ivy Tech not because I couldn't get into a University but because I couldn't afford it. I went to Ivy to save money and earn credits. I earned the credits but I don't feel like I learned much at all.
Overall 2
Ivy Tech Lafayette has a handful of issues I could go on for hours about and has definitely gotten worse in recent times. Advising is one of them, they have a high turnover rate if academic advisors and while not all are bad there are some who do not care for their job at all and give misinformation, they usually arent around for more than a year
