I think overall it was a good decision to go to JCC, but I feel as if academically it didn't prepare me for the next step.

School sucks

The besting going for them is the dorms. They're nice for the price.
Overall 1.9
Not much to do around the area. While living on campus, little to no opportunities to branch off campus are offered. Probably the general area the school is located in. The staff is overall nice, but let me reiterate. Nice isn't the only quality I'm looking for to better my career.

Need improvements made to teaching and campus.

A good professor here is like a needle in a hay stack. You're a pay check to them. The scenery is amazing, and the students are kind for the most part, but I wouldn't attend JCC again, I regret not going straight into a big university. But they are becoming smoke free! I hated walking through smoke clouds to get to class.

In my personal experience, and other students I spoke with, JCC overall is not a college I would go to again. All business offices, especially financial aid, give students a rough time even being able to attend the school. A select few professors are great however just about all of them are horrid. Thats what you get for a community college.
