Many professors are great, yet SAIS is stuck in the past. Its programs - whether disability services, career services, events, etc. - are based solely on its traditional FT student base that has a minimum, if any, substantive work experience, making their increasing and longstanding midcareer programs students isolated, despite what they claim.

Simply not worth the money. Unless you're getting a full ride, chose another IR program as there are many alternatives that cost a fraction and will open the same doors and provide the same education. Do not be lulled into ruining your financial future by an artificial ranking.
